Well, today everything's going good. I got a good salad night's sleep. 8 hours or so. And then. Just giving up in the morning, I felt pretty good. Thanks. Heather. And everything was going alright. But most of all. I got to actually, you know. Sit up in bed and relax and I wasn't hurting so bad so it kinda helped me. You know, with my back and my neck and everything. So that was good.
