Well everything is going pretty good this morning I got a couple bottles of sleep which is what I needed so that wasn't too bad but I don't know they're they're cutting out my melatonin cut now this and that for my surgery so I I hope everything will return to normal here pretty soon wake me up at So that should be going OK but things are just going here and there so I'm not doing too bad I need to get my search today I wore black shirt for last two days Just see if I but other than I'm gonna see what happens and go from there
