Well it's good I'm up around 7:30 I got changed already she was just seeing us came in and they helped me out so they were pretty nice about it but I'm going to be taking a shower today and I'll be getting shaved so other than that you know things are going pretty good so I don't really have to worry too much I don't know what we're going to be having today for lunch but hopefully I'll be good so all right well I'll talk to you guys in the afternoon okay see you later..
