Well today has been pretty good everything is going sort of smooth and got to see my mom for a little bit and got to see my dad for a little bit so everything there is working out pretty good but I got up and I did the lunch and dinner menu but they need me sit my chair promise an hour and I'm not doing that again no way cuz that's just too long for me to sit in that chair with no pills I still haven't got my pills and it's now 115 so all right well I'll talk to you guys later and let you know it goes on
