Well everything was going good today so I'm pretty happy with that and then I got physical therapy and I did all us up I was supposed to and got Biofreeze on my legs when I was all done and I was happy with that and then I have some good lunch and then everything just kind of slowed down I'm enjoying you know the breeze coming off so other than that, it's been a pretty good day but other than that I'm just doing what I can...
